I have had these implants in my eyes since March 2018. After about a year of me having blue eyes, i started getting sensitive to light and my doctor said the implants were causing some irritation. I did NOT develop glaucoma or any permanent damage. I could have managed the irritation by using anti-inflammatory eye drops, but because I am in Law School and I work on my computer a lot, I decided to just take the implants out and not risk developing any further complications.
