20X is a 12 - 14 hour physical and mental crucible event coached by retired Navy SEALs and other coaches. It is not a race. It is not GoRuck, CrossFit, Spartan, or a Tough Mudder. Anyone saying it is 20% physical and 80% mental is not kidding. This event is not for everyone...but everyone should do it. These videos are my experience alone, and I hope they will motivate you to take action in your life where you need it. Maybe it's a walk around the block to start. Cool. Do that. Maybe it's 20X, 20XL, or Kokoro. Awesome. Do that.

But DO IT. Just don't quit.
