How to eat like a LOCAL in BEIJING

How to eat like a LOCAL in BEIJING This time I'm taking you around my beautiful Beijing, but this time I'm not gonna check reviews online or ask friends, I'm letting a taxi driver decide where to get lunch!
To be honest the place he took me too is a very touristic area of Beijing, having lots and lots of shops that are only there because of outsiders, local people never get near them, but the actual restaurant I went to in the video is actually quite local and has a few years of history, the flavour are also quite authentic!
In the video I ate:
Luzhu: Basically chunks of Pork lung and intestine with the broth, slices of tofu and bits of very dense no yeast bread and coriander 8/10
Chaogan: Sticky-slimey pork liver prison foodey thingo (very strong flavour, not recommended if you dont have strong stomach) 6/10
Douzhi(bean juice): Fermented Mungbean milk, sounds gross and tastes even worse, very strong on the fermented side, definitely an acquired taste that you wont like the first time, it is said to be really good for your digestive system
Wandouhuang(Pea paste): This one is very confusing to the mind, the very familiar flavour of snowpeas with absolutely no resemblance or texture from the actual peas, slightly sweet but not too much, perfect for afternoon tea

Hope you likes this video and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE! Also sharing, commenting and liking never hurt nobody! And hit that bell button if you wanna know as soon as one of my videos comes out!
