Muhyiddin reminds private security firms to buck up, 62 licences revoked Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin revealed that the government has revoked the licences of 62 private security firms since 2013 for a range of offences.

Some of the offences include the hiring of illegal immigrants as guards, failing to carry out security screenings on employees, and offences involving firearms.

He revealed this during a meeting with the security services industry and private agencies in conjunction with the briefing of the licence renewal of private agencies for 2020 in Putrajaya on Wednesday.
