Mercari merchant sells me a 512 gb sd card that barely has 100 gb on it. Never responds so I message Mercari they offer a $44 store credit and an additional 5% off coupon, this was a day ago and I have yet to get either in my account box at Mercari, and I never got the email transcription of the chat, so I video taped it on my computer. Will update with future videos on how this was resolved. Is Mercari a scam?
