How to help your child at home | Parent Help

Many parents ask me how to help their child at home, I always say the same thing over and over again. I know that parents want to help their kinds but often times don't know where to begin or don't have the resources. This video is focused on simple tips that parents can use.

1. Practice math facts daily (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
2. Read with the kids (they need to hear fluent reading), discuss questions based on the book/text read
3. Write summaries on the book/story read
4. Watch kid friendly news/read articles
5. Do at home science experiments/labs (ingredients are usually found in daily household items)
