The first thing to note is that ALL niches have profitable businesses, even though some clearly have more high-end products or services than others. It's more important to partner with a business owner who is serious about their business than going blindly into a niche because you think it will be easy to make money.

Other questions to ask yourself:
- Where you do spend money?
- Where do you see advertisements (i.e. where businesses spend money)?
- What business types are evergreen or "recession-proof", i.e. home, kids, food, medical, etc.
- What local businesses near you have been around for more than 5-10 years?
- What businesses have you never considered that make money?
