Do I really need to bother getting to my 'target' weight Another thing I should have said in this video is that YES you should increase your weight because regardless about the bollocks that the whole target weight idea is, it will NOT do you any harm to gain weight whereas not gaining enough weight will do you harm

Erring on the side of caution is always eating more and gaining more. The only reason you don't want to try getting to that weight is because you are afraid of weight gain and afraid of gaining "too much."

Run into the fear not away from it.
