Cooker Rasam - 
5 Minutes Preparation. Bohuth easy and less time wala Rasam Recipe Ingredients ::

5 Medium size Tomatoes
A lemon size Tamarind
7-8 Cloves of Garlic
2 tbsp Rasam Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Astetofetia (Hing)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 and half tbsp Salt (as required )
4 Glasses of Water
Tempering Ingredients::
5 -6 Dry Red Chilli
A fist of Curry leaves
Some Fresh Cilantro
1 tsp Black Mastard seeds
6 - 7 Cloves of Garlic
2 - 3 Tbsp of Oil
How to prepare ::
In a pressure cooker add Tomatoes and all the displayed ingredients except tempering ingredients.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles. When Pressure released from pressure cooker.. smash all the ingredients properly
To a separate vessel pour Oil
and mastard seeds and when Mastard seeds starts splutter add Garlic.. curry leaves.. dry Red Chilli
saute for few seconds
add the prepared Rasam in the tempered ingredients...add fresh Cilantro
let it boil with high flame..
when boiling starts and foam appears.. switch off the flame
Cooker Rasam is ready to serve
