Hey everyone! I'm super excited to announce this opportunity... a 3-day immersive shadow weekend, where I teach you everything I know, from project management, construction, dealing with contractors, to finding and financing deals. November 8-10:

I have been focusing on putting out quality content online for years, and until recently, I feel like I failed. I have been a bit nervous and I guess hesitant to offer something to the public, but I'm super excited to be doing it this way. Only a small handful of people will be learning from me over a 3 day period, and I wanted it to be super valuable, and also affordable for those who want to take advantage of this unique opportunity.
That being said, this small immersion weekend will be amazing for everyone involved, even those who can't come, because I'm filming the whole thing for my Youtube Channel. There will be clips that will be super valuable- us out in the field talking to contractors, realtors, and other investors. Us driving around looking at prospective deals... real deals. And most importantly, physically being inside my construction projects, and getting context on the bigger picture. I'll finish off the weekend with a 7 hour class on Sunday, and a dinner in downtown Cleveland.
With a film crew following us, and an amazing group of hustlers looking to learn things the right way, it should result in some cool content for my Youtube channel, and hopefully make these "shadow" weekends a regular thing for me.
