Israel election: Partial results show rivals heading for deadlock

Israel's second election this year has again failed to produce a clear winner.
With the majority of the votes counted, Benny Gantz's centre-right Blue and White party is ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party
Both party heads will likely have to jostle to form coalitions with smaller parties.
