Learn how to Create, Edit and Organize sub-calendars on your Teamup calendar with this video tutorial.

Sub-calendars are a great way to sort & organize all of your calendar events. Sub-calendars are individual calendars, but are contained within your master calendar. You can set up your calendar with multiple sub-calendars, and see all the events from these sub-calendars in one big-picture view. You can assign a sub-calendar to a person, an event, a topic, a project, or more to suit your unique needs.

You can customize your sub-calendars by adding, modifying, activating, and organizing them. All sub-calendar settings can be accessed by following these steps:

Open your calendar in a web browser.
Hover over the blue menu icon in the top right, select Settings.
Select Calendars from the blue sidebar. (If no sidebar is visible, click the menu icon to open it.)

To create a new sub-calendar click the New button in the top right to add a new calendar or to add an iCalendar feed. To modify or delete an existing sub-calendar, click the pencil icon to the right of the sub-calendar link. To organize your sub-calendars into folders use the angled bracket symbol. Finally, to deactivate/activate a sub-calendar toggle the bar to the left of the calendar from side to side.
