Everyone is trying to build something successfully whether it be business, relationships etc. As well as having the desire to build successfully we should have the wisdom and knowledge on how to go about it. There are 4 principles that we need to commit to in order to build successfully.
1. Define the end from the beginning so that you have a clear picture of what the end looks like. This will help you identify anything along the way that does not align with the result. It will help you set the right objectives and to start to do things with the end in mind.
2. Build with a calculated cost. In other words, what will you have to sacrifice in order to achieve your goals? What level of sacrifice will you have to give in each season of your life? Write them down and follow them through.
3. Build in phases. Building everything at once will get you overwhelmed and frustrated. It will be too much. Even God did not create the world in one day. He could have but he didn’t.
4. Build on a rock. A solid foundation assures the success of your building. As Christians our rock in God. Make him the rock that you stand on daily.
