This service entitled “Carried Away” (after the song of the Lord that emerged) was conducted by sister Ruth Heflin at Calvary Summer Camp on Saturday evening, August 29, 1998. Sister Ruth greatly encouraged the spontaneous worship of the Lord. In fact, all of her services at Mt. Zion Fellowship in Jerusalem, Israel were meetings where the worship was exclusively spontaneous! There were very few choruses which we would typically know, that were sung in those meetings.
One of the things which transpired during this particular meeting was that much of the service consisted of a spontaneous song of the Lord! Sister Ruth began singing at the 52 minute mark, however the new spontaneous song began following a prophetic word close to the 1 hour 18 minute mark!
Sister Ruth so gently and with ‘great ease’ led the congregation spontaneously into the worship & the ‘new song!!!’
