OFFICER PARSONS IS PROOF THAT GOOD COPS EXIST *POLICE TAKE NOTES*

I've been meaning to make a video about officer Parsons for a while but I've been too busy putting a spotlight on all the misconduct and unprofessional behavior from other officers in the area. Parsons has always treated me with respect on and off camera and that is something rare in this day and age. I'm aware that this video might not sit well with everyone but I'm cool with that. let me know what you think in the comments
