WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES:
OUR STORY: La Tortilleria started in 2013 when Gerardo, a proud Mexican who had settled in Australia, met Diana, a passionate traveller with a love of Mexican food and culture. Realising that Australian's were missing out on the most important part of Mexican cuisine – an authentic corn tortilla - the duo decided to recreate the millennia-old ‘nixtamal’ tortilla-making craft here in Oz, using local corn. The rest, as they say, is history!
