This is my modified recipe of leche flan but don't under estimate because it has a pretty good kick. Full Recipe will be listed below:
4 large eggs (room temp)
1 can condense milk
1 can evap or full milk
hint of lime or lemon for flavor
1 tbsp vanilla flavor
Caramelize 1 cup of white sugar and add 4 tbsp of water and let it sit until it's golden brown (don't leave it because it will get burn). Put it on the molding pan immediately and distribute it evenly before adding the mixed egg custard.
Mix it all together until all the ingredients are incorporated; drain and cook it in your choice of pan or oven container mold.
Bake at 350 degree for 50 mins in a pan with halfway full of boiling water; once it done let it sit for an hour until its cool then refrigerate before you serve.
