Jacob Rees-Mogg: 'Thanks PM May for dealing with people, even when they were ANNOYING'

On 24th July 2019 Britain’s second female prime minister answered questions for the final time in the Commons before handing over the keys to No 10 to Boris Johnson.

During PMQs Theresa May even got compliments from Brexit hardliner Jacob Rees-Mogg.

JRM admitted he and May haven’t seen ‘eye-to-eye’ but thanked the PM for her ‘remarkable public service’, ‘sense of duty’ and ‘willingness to deal with people’ even if they were ‘annoying’.

The outgoing Prime Minister said she will continue with her duties from the back benches.
