India & US likely to sign key pact in a boost to military

A top level Indian delegation, headed by Defence Secretary Sanjay Mitra is in Washington for the Defence Planning Group Dialogue. India can sing two agreements with the US, Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement (BECA) and the Industrial Security Annexure.
