how to:
1) To work the back stitch, bring the thread through from the back side of the fabric to the front at your starting point 1.
2) And go back a short distance in the backward direction from point 1, complete a single stitch at point 2.
3) Bring the thread through point 3 short distance from point 1 and go back the point 3 which is the starting point for the previous stitch.
4)Repeat the step until you have achieved the desired stitch length.
