Developed by Dr. Nick Elam, who is currently a professor at Ball State University, the Elam Ending is seen as a way to make the closing minutes of games more exciting. Dr. Elam joins Ryan Smith on Outside the Lines to talk about the rules and how they could have application on an even bigger stage.
