These are some of the best places you can come and play during the Water Festival Event
in Pokemon GO. I take into consideration the number of Pokestops, Lures, Gyms, Pokemon
Spawns, and these areas being near water, preferably an ocean. For the Water Festival,
Rare Water-Type Pokemon will be spawning near water, so we want to be as close to water
as possible for this event. Also there's a better chance of Pokemon like Carvanha and
Barboach spawning here, which will get their shiny forms released during the Water Event.
