Who should be trained in Human Factors: Clinical Staff, Managers or Leaders - Paul Bowie

Who should be trained in Human Factors: Clinical Staff, Managers or Leaders - Paul Bowie Our guest speaker is Professor Paul Bowie, Programme Director (Safety & Improvement), NHS Education for Scotland

In this talk, ongoing work is summarised with examples of how this can be achieved across different professional groups.
