Sr Abhaya Murder Case: SC Dismisses Discharge Pleas Of Accused| Mathrubhumi News

New Delhi: The Supreme Court dismissed the discharge petitions filed by two accused of Sister Abhaya murder case. The Court dismissed the pleas of first accused Father Thomas Kottoor and third accused Sister Stephy, in which they sought their discharge in the more than two-decade-old case. Earlier, the special court and the High Court rejected the discharge pleas filed by the two accused.
