They are really, really committed to getting it done. Probably the best example of this would be learning a language, learning a language like English. In order for you to learn English you need to be in it for the long haul. You need to decide that you're willing to spend months and months, years and years, perfecting your English. You are definitely in it for the long haul. You are a committed person, at least I hope you are. I think most of you are, aren't you? So when you are in it for the long haul it means that you are committed. It means that you are dedicated. And it means that you won't quit when you're working on something that's really, really hard that takes a long time.
