2 Man 1 Phase Galhrans Deception (Frank Carried)

This is has been made easier now especially with the bug that allows you to shoot through the wall by glitching your hand through with Chaos Reach

The Damage is done with One-Two Punch, Combination Blow x3 , Emperors Shock and Liars Handshake

Standing away from the deception as his shield is broken allows you to keep your buff I tag him with anarchy and run away

The Warlock does the majority of the work getting to DPS and the Hunter does the DPS

Shoutout to FrankUK for doing this with me and for coming up with this strat for Phase One
