Reactor details:

Operating at input speed, reactor 1 sends silicon atoms and not-fully-bonded nitrogen rings to reactor 3. The excess nitrogen atom from each input goes to reactor 2.

Reactor 2 builds product molecules from 10 nitrogen atoms and sends them to reactor 3.

Reactor 3 builds and outputs a product molecule from the parts it gets from reactor 1 and also outputs the product molecules it gets from reactor 2. The 10th, 22nd and 34th outputs come from reactor 2. Reactor 3 operates at faster-than-input speed, so that it can catch up after being interrupted to handle the products from reactor 2.

In reactor 3, even though the blue waldo stalls sometimes on the input-beta command, no sync command is needed immediately afterwards because the red waldo will stall an equal number of cycles on its next input-beta command.
