The prison system has recognised that debates are a great opportunity to assist inmates in expressing themselves and developing communication skills. That's according to inmate educator, Debbie Jacob. On Tuesday, the inmates came up against a team of prison officers on the topic, "Does every creed and race find an equal place in T&T?"
The debate was held at City Hall and is all part of City Month.
