Firstly we have to eradicate the use of mobile phone by ourself. the children merely copy the parents what they see but they observe they just do the same . you can give some time, sufficient time to your children and in front of them, avoid the use of phone or minimise the use of phone. you can read books good quality books educational books motivational books in front of them. the children by himself or herself start reading books of their own and will use the phone for minimum time.
Although it is difficult to have the minimum use by ourself but we have to do it for our children . one of the parents can have keypad cell phone.
