Tips: 1. Don't pull tight as you wrap just snug to prevent cutting off circulation in your hands
2. Make sure your hand wrap is 180 inchs or 500cm.
3. Roll up your wraps before putting them it helps how quick you wrap up plus extends the life span of the hand wraps.
4. Best to roll your wraps once they are fully dry to prevent molding.
