There's discomfort in making a difference. Discomfort can also be a sign that you haven't been doing it regularly. By being uncomfortable, we grow muscle metaphorically. If you only stay inside of your comfort zone 100% and you never alter that, you will never grow. If you can distinguish between discomfort and pain, you can bring yourself to the point of discomfort intentionally because that's a purposeful kind of pain. You know that you're actually doing something that's going to make a difference for you.
