This is a wonderful practice. This time I lead it and then followed it - definitely worked better. I loved doing it and had a great meditation afterwards. Then my two year old son woke up and we listened to the birds. This practice is to ground you, and draw strength from the Earth. I encourage you to do the 'Root Chakra Meditation' afterwards if you are in the mood for it.
NOTE: one mistake - in the camel movements, reach back to the SAME SIDE heal, I say 'to the opposite heal'. So when your left arm reaches down to your LEFT heal, your right arm reaches up and back.
