IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE
1. Candidates are advised to visit the test centre a day before the examination to identify the exact route and the location.
2. Hall Ticket shall be shown at the Entrance of the test centre and also in the Examination Hall, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the test. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the examination only after their credentials are verified by the Test centre officials.
3. The candidate shall carry into the examination hall (i) Hall Ticket (ii) Filled in Online Application Form (iii) Black / Blue Ball Point Pen and (iv) Photocopy of Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST category only.
4. Filled-in-Online Application Form should be kept ready by affixing photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer / Principal of college where studied and also provide left hand thumb impression using stamp pad in the space provided well in advance and hand over this Filled-in-Online Application Form to invigilator after signing in the presence of invigilator. Otherwise the candidate's result will be withheld.
5. Candidates are not allowed to bring loose sheets / blank papers in to the examination hall for the purpose of rough work. Booklet for rough work will be provided in the Examination Hall. Candidates are required to fill the necessary data in the space provided in the booklet before using it. Candidate shall hand over this booklet to the invigilator before leaving the examination centre after the end of the examination.
6. Candidate will be permitted into the Examination Hall from 08:30 AM onwards for Forenoon (FN) session and 01:30 PM onwards for Afternoon (AN) session.
7. Candidates will not be permitted into the Examination Hall once the test commences (i.e., 10:00 AM for Fore Noon session and 03:00 PM for After Noon session) and will not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the END of the Examination (i.e., 01:00 PM for FN session and 06:00 PM for AN session). Candidates will not be allowed into the Examination Hall even if they are late by ONE MINUTE.
8. The check-in procedure inside the Examination Hall includes capturing of biometric data (photograph and right hand thumb impression). This is a security feature which will allow TS EAMCET-2019 authorities to verify your identity and also to check impersonation. Therefore, candidates are advised to avoid applying any external matters like Mehandi, Ink etc. on their hands and keep their hands clean and neat.
9. Follow the instructions announced by the invigilator carefully. No clarifications or doubts related to the questions of examination will be entertained during the examination. If you face any hardware or software problems with computer system provided, please inform the same to the invigilators for rectifying the problem immediately. In case the problem is not rectified within the reasonable time, you will be provided with another computer system.
10. Carrying of Calculators, Mathematical/Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, Watches, Large Spectacles, any other Electronic Gadgets into the Examination Hall is strictly prohibited.
11. Candidates should note that in case of any discrepancy in the questions in bilingual papers, which is because of ambiguity in translation, the English version of the question shall be treated as final.
12. Candidate is permitted to write the Examination only once, though he/she has submitted multiple applications.
13. If a candidate adopts any kind of unfair means during the time of the test, the applicant is liable for invalidation of his / her performance in the examination. Any act of impersonation by the candidate during the test will attract criminal action and the applicant will forfeit the claim of appearing for the test.
14. Candidates are advised to avoid bringing valuable devices or personal belongings to the examination. There will not be any provision for Lockers at test centers.
15. Issue of Hall Ticket and appearance at the test does not automatically entitle the candidate for admission into a college.
16. No travelling expenses will be paid for the journey to take the test.
