Acne is a hormonal problem and there are certain foods which help cure your acne, and on the other hand there are some that make your acne worse or sometimes, cause more acne.
Now, this one food is the worst when it comes to acne. It's LACTOSE. In other words, any sort of dairy.
What I would recommend is to stay away from all sorts of dairy. I found most of my acne breakouts stopped after I cut all foods that contained lactose.
You need to experiment and see if it helps your acne or makes it worse.
