The agent has no relationship with the homeowner so most are rejected and asked not to call or come back. So how can you establish an immediate relationship that results in the homeowner wanting to list with you?

How to do Social Media Marketing in Real Estate: Once you have the eight-minute video of your home post the 30 second version on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and an email blast to your database as well as local media.
Advice for Real Estate Branding: Build your brand around what you do that no other agent can or will do for their clients, video is your key and consistency is a must.
Advice Becoming Real Estate Authority: You must be able to separate yourself from all other realtors; Video and attending all showings of your property will achieve this goal. Then write a book.
Marketing to the smallest viable market: Marketing can be expensive so don’t waste your money on people that you don’t want to work with. Target market all your messages to the smallest viable market those people who you want to work with.
