Proper hand position (insertion) in the rack position with kettlebell will help you: - to avoid bruises on your forearm;
- to avoid blisters on your palm;
- to avoid your forearm pump.
Good insertion will make your grip least longer and you’ll manage way more Cleans and Snatches in a row without putting Kettlebell down.
Over all need to say, the proper hand insertion in the rack (at the top for the Snatch) and right grip during the swing are two key points that will guide you to success in Snatch and Cleans
And no problem with Cleans means way less frustration in Long Cycle.
