The white tape that is used for 2 needle overlock on the shoulder line is called "Wooly Spin Tape" to reinforce where easy to stretch.
"Wooly Spin Tape" may not be common words.
The pink tape is made of urethane foam with a sticky surface. It is very useful as a guideline for stitching. We buy them in a kind of professional shop in Japan. The information of this shop is secret.

Ｔシャツの縫い方・作り方
Case 1: 衿ぐり リブ付け （２本針オーバーロック）
衿ぐりを２本針オーバーロックで縫い付けます。
Case 2 衿ぐり リブ バインダー付け （２本針カバーステッチ）
衿ぐりを専用のアタッチメントを使って２本針カバーステッチ（裏振り）で縫い付けます。
肩線の部分を２本針オーバーロックしているときに使用している白いテープはウーリースピンテープです。これはニットなどの伸びやすい生地に対して補強するために使用します。
ピンクのテープはウレタン性の接着テープです。ステッチのガイドラインとしてとても重宝します。ただこれは一般のお店で販売されているものではなく専用のショップでしか販売されていません。その情報は企業秘密です。
