How to deal with Co-workers - Nursing Perspective

How to deal with Co-workers - Nursing Perspective Dealing with co-workers can be difficult and I wanted to kinda draw the line for people. Nurses are going to befriend other nurses in the unit, and it can be extremely difficult once a strong bond is formed between the two. From my own experience, I've had to deal with this, and I had a hard time trying to differentiate when to let the situation be. It's best if everyone understands what they are here to do and what needs to be done. Technically, there should never be any hard feelings when it comes to patient care because it the ball is dropped then accountability should be taken into consideration. Holding each other accountable is important because it creates a better culture for the unit and allows others to grow within the same unit.
