Devil’s Advocate: NASCAR Should Eliminate the 4 Car Rule

For the last 10 years NASCAR has governed that teams can field no more than 4 full time teams in the NASCAR Cup Series. Today I raise the question of why do we have the rule and if we should get rid of it.
