AP Polycet Counselling 2019
The web-based counselling is open to all candidates who have qualified in the AP POLYCET 2019 exam. AP POLYCET 2019 counselling process will include steps like registration, document verification, choice filling and seat allotment. Authorities will prepare rank-wise document verification schedule, which will be published on prominent newspapers and also on appolycet.nic.in website. The complete AP POLYCET 2019 counselling process is explained below.
AP POLYCET 2019 Counselling and Seat Allotment Process
Document Verification - Eligible candidates have to report in person at a helpline centre with originals and photocopies of relevant documents on the scheduled day. If the document verification process is successful, the candidate will be issued a Receipt of Certificates.
Registration - The candidate has to register for web-based counselling and generate the password for future login. All communication, including seat allotment, would be conducted through the newly created account.
Option Entry - The candidate has to next participate in the choice filling process online. The choices entered must be in the order of priority. Also, to aid the candidate in the choice filling process, the last ranks at which admission was offered in a different polytechnic in the previous academic session will also be populated on the website. The candidate can use them as a reference when filling choices. After filling the choices, the candidate needs to take a printout of the final option form.
Allotment of seats - Authorities will consider the choices entered by the candidate, category, and merit rank before finally making an allotment. The AP POLYCET 2019 seat allotment status can be checked by logging into one’s login account. Candidates who are allotted seats during any of the AP POLYCET 2019 counselling rounds will be issued Provisional Allotment Letters, which the candidate has to download and take a printout of.
Reporting at allotted institute and payment of the fee - The candidate has to download the allotment letter, and have to first report to the allotted institute online (via self-reporting system) followed by physical reporting. It must be noted that both the steps, self-reporting and manual reporting, are mandatory, failing which the allotted seat will stand cancelled.
