Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana. Also known as Saubhagya Yojana. Modi government has aimed 100 percent electrification of every household of the country till 31st March 2019. PM Narendra Modi announced the scheme on 25th September 2017. To know the ground reality we went to Arrah of Bihar.
