If the flash is stuck when you want to disassemble a camera, because the on / off switch does not working correct or there are other issues. There are in many DSLR cameras 2 screws under the flash head, and if you want to access them for taking off the top cover, you will need to pop up the flash.
But if the on / off the switch is not working or there are other issues with the electronic parts, then there is a real problem you need to fix.
So in this video I will show you how you very easy can pop up the flash with a simple home made plastic sheet tool, made from a package.
The tools should have a thikness of 0,14mm up to 0,25mm, and can be used in many different cameras, no matter what brand. The locking hook can sit in both left or right side depending how the camera is design
